Two days into our Flordia beach trip I ended up super sick with a sore throat...I knew simple OTC was not goin to help....Got online and researched locations ...photos...and reviews...So very thankful I chose Bayside UCC....They were amazing...They listened to me...we discussed treatment...even gave me directions on how to get to the nearest Walgreens for my meds...Very friendly staff from reception to aid to NP....Highly recommend this facility if in the Clearwater area and in need of treatment!!

Bayside is the most efficient, caring practice I’ve ever been too. from the moment you walk in you’re taken care of. I was in and out within 30 mins thank you!

Thank you Dr. Wallace for the exemplary experience today! He listened to an issue that I had with my son and was able to help him out respectfully. To be able to go to an urgent care and to find such great medical staff like this is outstanding! I will be very happy to come here again when I move 🙂

My experience has been great in the past and recently. Dr. Wallace really cares for his patients and goes out of his way to ensure they stay well and are treated well in the process. Update: they were crazy busy when I went there today but I’m impressed how quickly I was gotten to on the list and seen. In and out in an hour even though there were at least a dozen people ahead of me when I came in. Really impressive. I spent more time chatting with Dr. Wallace and could have spent all day honestly, than I did in the lounge. The front desk staff are just incredibly efficient and despite the speed of service I never feel rushed.

Easily the best place to get my wellness taken care of. Dr. Wallace is amazing and level-headed no-nonsense when it comes to health. Caring and even though the waiting area was very full when I arrived, they were all rapidly and efficiently helped, me included.

The place is very clean and quiet. The staffs are really helpful with answering questions and assisting patients.
