How Can Urgent Care Help You?
Ultimately, treatments depend on the cause of inflammation. Frequent sinus infections, or chronic sinusitis, may require evaluation and treatment by a medical professional. Antibiotics can also treat a bacterial sinus infection.
Viral sinusitis usually lasts seven to 10 days. And, it can be effectively treated with rest, fluids, and over-the-counter antihistamines, mucolytics, decongestants, or nasal sprays.
At Bayside Urgent Care, our medical professionals will perform a medical exam. And, we will ask questions to diagnose and determine the best treatment for you. Depending on your situation, we will offer medical help to relieve your symptoms. We may prescribe antibiotics, decongestants, and other drugs to help relieve the pain and swelling in your sinuses.
