Dr. Wallace has been our family’s go to physician whenever we need urgent care ever since we moved to Clearwater, and we truly can’t say enough good things about him and Bayside Urgent Care. He genuinely cares about his patients and always takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure we feel comfortable with the plan of care.

I always value his insight and have sought his opinion on medical concerns because I trust his judgment. He is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and never makes you feel rushed.

We don’t just visit when we’re sick. We also come here for annual physicals, routine medical needs, and whenever someone in our family needs care. It’s reassuring to know we have a physician we trust, even in an urgent care setting. The staff is kind, the office is efficient, and Dr. Wallace consistently goes above and beyond. I have minor vasovagal syncope (okay maybe medium-level) and the phlebotomist Victor who drew my blood was so professional and did everything so perfectly.
