Urgent Care or Emergency Room: What’s the Right Choice?

When you’re sick with an illness, you want to feel better and get help fast. Urgent Care Centers can provide a wide range of medical services to treat a variety of conditions that are not life-threatening. Conveniently located in Clearwater, Florida, Bayside Urgent Care Center treats a range of illnesses. Our Center is open seven days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, from 9 am to 6 pm. No appointment is needed, and you can walk-in any day of the week or register online now.

What to Expect During Your Visit

During your appointment, you will be evaluated by a Bayside Urgent Care Center medical professional who will ask you about the symptoms you are experiencing. They will also perform a physical exam and check your vital signs. Depending upon the kind of illness you have, they may ask for testing like bloodwork, diagnostic imaging, or get throat or nose cultures.

Should I Bring Health Information with Me?

To make the most of your visit to Bayside Urgent Care Center, bring a list of any medications you take as well as past illnesses and surgeries. If you have a primary care doctor, bring their address and phone number in case we need to transfer records.

What If I Need Medication?

If your illness is treatable with medication, Bayside Urgent Care Center dispenses some medication onsite so you won’t have to make a second stop at a pharmacy.

Does Bayside Urgent Care Accept Insurance?

Yes. We accept several major insurance carriers, including Medicare. If you are underinsured, uninsured, or prefer to pay out-of-pocket, you can make payment before you leave, or we also offer flexible payment plans.
